Wuwugame Studio
Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-10-26
1. The service and operator
These Terms cover www.wuwugame.com and the WuWuGame-controlled services that deliver its browser games. The service is operated under the name Wuwugame Studio, China, at 185, Weilai Community, Keyun Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China. Contact: legal@wuwugame.com.
Please read these Terms before playing. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. How we handle information is explained separately in the Privacy Policy; acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
2. Age and permission
You must be at least 16 years old, and meet any higher minimum age applicable to your use. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and agree to your use where permitted. We do not offer this version to children under 16, including through parental permission. Do not misrepresent your age or someone else's authority.
3. What the guest beta offers
You may browse and play available games for free without a player account. Player registration, login, cloud saves, paid memberships, purchases, real advertising and optional usage statistics are unavailable in this version. There is no subscription or recurring payment to cancel. You remain responsible for internet or mobile-data charges from your provider.
Some games have upgrades acquired with coins earned through play. Such coins and progress are not sold for real money, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. A game menu labelled as a shop does not introduce a real-money checkout in this beta.
The service is a public beta. Games, supported browsers and features may change as we fix issues. Individual games may have instructions or content information; review these before playing. We do not promise continuous availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of a particular game or version.
If paid services or other material features are introduced later, we will provide the relevant information and choices before you use them. These Terms do not authorise future charges or automatic enrolment.
4. Permission to play and intellectual property
While you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access available games for your own non-commercial play. WuWuGame and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in the service, games, artwork and software. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute game files, operate a mirror or sell access.
Do not remove ownership notices, impersonate us or imply an endorsement without permission. Any mandatory legal exceptions and applicable third-party open-source licences remain unaffected. These Terms do not override rights those licences grant. Contact us to discuss commercial use of our branding or game materials; no separate commercial licence is granted by these Terms.
5. Responsible use
You must not use the service to break the law, distribute malware, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorised access, bypass security restrictions, overload systems or interfere with other visitors. Do not exploit an error to obtain unauthorised access or manipulate the service. Do not submit another person's private information in a report without an appropriate reason.
The platform does not offer player chat, public uploads, open game submissions or public player profiles in the guest beta. We do not ask you to grant a blanket marketing licence to content you have not submitted. If you report a problem, we may use the information as reasonably needed to investigate and respond, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Progress and device storage
Saving is available only where a game supports it. Guest saves and local recovery copies are stored in your browser, rather than a player cloud account. They do not automatically follow you to another device, browser or site address. Clearing site data, private browsing, storage limits, device failure or game updates may affect progress.
Use a game's explicit save or export controls where available. An export feature in one game does not mean every game supports it. We cannot retrieve progress that existed only on a device we cannot access, and do not promise recovery or compensation for lost virtual progress. This does not exclude any remedy you have under mandatory law.
7. Service changes and restrictions
We may update, pause or remove a game or restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, misuse, rights concerns or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain a material change or restriction and give appropriate notice. We may act immediately when an urgent security or legal issue requires it.
You may stop using the service at any time and remove local data using your browser. Doing so does not automatically delete correspondence we hold for a continuing request or legal obligation; see the Privacy Policy for requests concerning that information.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a usable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the applicable law permits, the free beta is provided without additional promises about fitness for a particular purpose or the preservation of virtual progress. We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by your device, network provider or an independent third-party website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable protections concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. We do not impose a blanket waiver of your statutory remedies, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective rights through this beta notice.
9. Reports, concerns and disputes
For game problems and general enquiries, email support@wuwugame.com. For privacy requests, parent concerns or rights complaints, email legal@wuwugame.com. Identify the relevant game or page and describe the issue. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the work, the location of the material and your relationship to the rights holder. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal data.
We encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. Your right to contact an authority or seek a remedy in a court available under applicable law is preserved. These Terms do not select a foreign exclusive court or remove mandatory protections in your place of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will identify the effective and updated dates of the published Terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Additional agreement will be obtained where required. A later change does not by itself permit us to charge you, start optional tracking or waive rights relating to an earlier event.
