1. Who is responsible for WuWuGame?

WuWuGame is a browser game website operated under the name Wuwugame Studio in China. This policy covers www.wuwugame.com and the WuWuGame-controlled game delivery services used to run its games.

We decide how the personal information described here is used. This contact address is not a claim that we have appointed a statutory data protection officer.

2. The guest beta

The guest beta lets you browse, search for and play our games without creating a player account. Player registration, login, cloud saves, paid memberships, purchases, third-party advertising and optional usage statistics are unavailable in this version. We do not ask for payment details or send account verification or marketing emails as part of guest play.

The service is intended for people aged 16 or older, subject to any higher minimum age applicable to their use. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review the Terms and agree to your use where permitted. This version is not offered to children under 16. See Information for Parents.

3. Information used when you visit or contact us

Service infrastructure may process technical information even when optional statistics are off.
Words you enter into the game search	We process the search request to return results. Do not enter private information into search. Search words are not collected by the optional usage statistics system; your browser may retain the URL in its own history.
On-device game progress and recovery copies for games that support saving	These are stored in your browser to let you resume play. In the guest beta, our platform does not upload this progress to a player cloud-save account. Clearing site data, changing browsers or losing your device may make it unavailable.
Necessary security cookies and saved browser preferences	These support request security and remember choices. Details are in Cookies and Local Storage. A security cookie is not a player account or an advertising profile.
Emails, your email address and information you choose to send	We use these to answer questions, investigate reports and process privacy or parent requests. Messages also pass through the email services used by you and us.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, sensitive personal details or full game-save files with an initial enquiry. If verification is necessary for a request, we will explain the minimum information needed and why. We do not require a phone number for every privacy or parent enquiry.

We do not request a date of birth, identity document, precise location or contact list as a routine part of guest play. We do not use guest progress to create an advertising profile. No optional advertising or analytics permission is required to play.

4. Why we use information

We use the information above to provide the service you request, maintain safe and reliable operation, answer communications, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on providing the requested service under our Terms, our legitimate interests in security and responding to enquiries, or a specific legal obligation. When relying on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights.

This policy explains processing; reading it or playing a game does not grant permission for unrelated tracking. Optional analytics or advertising would require a separate assessment and updated information before activation. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated profiling in the guest beta.

5. Who may receive information?

Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service or handle a request, and service providers supporting website hosting, infrastructure, email and any approved backup arrangements. Such providers may process technical information or correspondence while supplying their services. We do not provide guest information to advertising networks or sell personal information in this beta, and do not share it for cross-site targeted advertising.

We may disclose necessary information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect people and the service from unlawful activity, subject to applicable limits. We do not publish your correspondence as a testimonial or public complaint without a separate basis to do so.

An external link takes you to a service with its own practices. Our notice does not cover your independent use of other websites. We do not include another game platform's advertising or payment partners merely because we used its information pages as a reference.

6. Where information is processed

The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud ECS in the United States (us-west-1). Wuwugame Studio operates from China and may handle support and privacy correspondence there. Incoming email for our contact addresses is routed through NetEase mail infrastructure, as shown by our domain's MX records; this routing does not by itself establish every location used by the email provider. Encrypted recovery copies may be held on an operator-controlled development computer as well as the hosting server. These arrangements can involve processing outside the country where you live, where privacy protections may differ. For information about the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your information, contact legal@wuwugame.com. We assess additional processing locations and applicable transfer requirements before introducing new services; this notice does not claim that a particular certification or contractual safeguard has already been verified for every jurisdiction.

7. How long information is kept

On-device progress and preferences have no automatic application expiry. They remain until removed or replaced through the game or browser, or until the browser clears or evicts them. Security cookies expire as described in the storage notice and may be renewed while the relevant security feature is used.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, complete any follow-up and address a relevant legal or security issue. The retention decision takes account of whether the matter is resolved, whether a dispute or legal obligation remains, and whether identifying details can be removed. Technical and security records are kept for the limited period needed to investigate failures or misuse. We restrict access and review records for deletion when their purpose ends.

If information must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific dispute, we limit it to that purpose. Where retained backups contain information scheduled for deletion, they remain restricted until their scheduled replacement; information that has been deleted must not be restored to active use without reapplying the deletion. Routine website operational logs have a 14-day rotation and retention target. Removal depends on scheduled maintenance and may lag; records needed for an active security incident or a legal obligation may be retained separately for that purpose. Support and privacy correspondence is reviewed after the matter is resolved and retained only for necessary follow-up, a relevant dispute or an applicable obligation. Recovery copies are encrypted, restricted and reviewed manually; we preserve a verified usable recovery point while replacing older copies and reapply relevant deletion decisions before returning restored information to active use. Backup replacement and review are not an automatic expiry guarantee. Requests sent to legal@wuwugame.com are handled by the studio operator, with proportionate identity checks and the time limits required by the applicable law.

8. Your choices and requests

You can stop using the site, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, and avoid sending information that is unnecessary for an enquiry. Clearing site data may permanently remove guest progress. Our team cannot remotely retrieve or delete a save that exists only in your browser. We do not require you to upload it to make a privacy request.

Depending on the law that applies, you may be entitled to ask about processing, receive access or a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Rights may have lawful limits. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority or use an appeal procedure where applicable; contacting us first does not remove that right.

Email legal@wuwugame.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and your connection to the information. We will verify identity only to the extent necessary, explain any information needed, and respond within applicable time limits. An authorised representative or parent may contact us, with appropriate verification. We will not penalise you for exercising applicable privacy rights. There is no self-service player-account deletion button in the guest beta because player accounts are unavailable.

9. Children and safety

We do not intentionally seek personal information from children under 16 through this version. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us with the subject Parent concern. We will review the report and take appropriate steps concerning information within our control. A stated age limit does not mean that age verification or parental controls are built into the website, or that we can guarantee every user's age.

10. Security and changes

We use access restrictions, secure connections and other measures appropriate to the service. No website, device or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please tell us about a suspected issue without including credentials or unnecessary personal data.

We will update this notice when the service or its processing changes, show the effective and updated dates on the published page, and provide additional notice or choices where required. Accounts, cloud saves, optional statistics, advertising and payments will not be treated as already covered simply by mentioning them as possible future features.
